Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our travel services, cancellations incur significant costs. Information will be provided during the enquiry.
Prior to Departure
45 days or more: 20% of total tour cost
44-31 days: 30% of total tour cost
30-15 days: 50% of total tour cost
14-8 days: 75% of total tour cost
7 days or less: 100% of total tour cost
After Departure
There will be no refund made for any of the unused services or any of the amenities.
Additional Fees
Airfare cancellation: Additional $50-$200 per person (dependent on airline policies)
Hotel cancellation: Additional $25-$50 per night (dependent on hotel policies)
Visa fees: Non-refundable
Notice Period
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by our office during business hours (9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday).
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days from receipt of cancellation notice.
